Information clause on the processing of personal data in the recruitment process

A. Personal data necessary in the recruitment process:
In connection with the recruitment process, the employer obtains personal data from the candidate for an employee in the scope of: names and surnames, date of birth, place of residence, education and the course of previous employment. Failure to provide this data will prevent you from taking part in the recruitment process.


The employer may request documentation of the data obtained from the candidate for employment, i.e. documents confirming education and authorizations necessary to perform work in a specific position, employment certificates confirming the periods of employment in the calendar year in which the candidate applies for employment.


At any time, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, object to processing, unless the provisions provide otherwise.


B. Additional data useful in the recruitment process:
In the recruitment process, the candidate may also provide additional personal data, i.e. telephone number, e-mail address.


Providing this data is fully voluntary and optional, however, it may improve contact in the recruitment process.


You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
C. Implementation of current and future recruitment processes:

Persons interested in the recruitment are asked to send application documents to the e-mail address: praca@margo-sp.com.pl or in person / by letter to the following address: “MARGO” Sp. z o.o. 37-450 Stalowa Wola, ul. Przemysłowa 11.


Personal data of job candidates are processed only for the purposes of the recruitment process for the job position indicated in the advertisement.


Application documents are not collected in the absence of vacancies – when we have no job advertisement.


In addition, the candidate may also participate in future recruitment processes for the indicated job or related positions, provided that he expresses his will in writing by adding the following entry: “I agree to the processing by MARGO Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Stalowa Wola at ul. Przemysłowa 11, the personal data contained in my recruitment application for the purposes of future recruitment. “
D. Feedback on the current stage of the recruitment procedure and the recruitment results:
MARGO Sp. z o.o. contacts selected candidates chosen in the first stage of selection of application documents.


In the second stage of the recruitment process, candidates are invited to recruitment interviews.
Information on the recruitment results – the fact of selecting an offer in the recruitment process or its rejection is communicated to each of the candidates participating in the recruitment interviews.
Pursuant to Article 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter GDPR), I inform:

    Purposes of processing and legal basis
    Your personal data will be processed to be completed by MARGO Sp. z o.o. statutory obligations related to the recruitment process and the conclusion and performance of an employment contract – incl. based on:
    The Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 1974 No. 24, item 141, as amended);
    Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of 10 December 2018 on employee documentation.
  2. Data storage period
    Personal data obtained in the recruitment process will be stored for a period of 1 year from the receipt of the application documents, and after this period will be deleted.
  3. Rights of data subjects
    You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, removal or limitation of their processing, unless the provisions provide otherwise.
    You have the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  4. Recipients of data
    The recipients of the data are authorized employees of the Administrator who should be provided with personal data on the basis of legal provisions, as well as those to whom the data will be entrusted to achieve the purposes of processing.
  5. Transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization
    Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
  6. Information about the freedom or obligation to provide data
    Personal data indicated in the Labor Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement), we process on the basis of legal provisions and their provision is necessary to participate in recruitment. We process other personal data (e.g. image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you gave by sending us your recruitment application.
