L ≤ 6000 mm, for outside diameter D < 406,4 mm: + 10 mm

L ≤ 6000 mm, for outside diameter D ≥ 406,4 mm: + 25 mm

6000 mm < L ≤ 12000 mm, for outside diameter D < 406,4 mm: + 15 mm
